Drawout molded-case Pow-R-Line switchboard is the industry’s first switchboard solution that offers an innovative draw-out mechanism. A switchboard with front accessibility and front-connected equipment, it is an ideal solution where that molded case circuit breakers need to be updated, replaced or changed, especially those in a data center, industrial process control, institutional and laboratory facilities and anywhere critical loads are found.

Pow-R-Line C switchboards combine a space-saving design with modular construction and incr  eased systems ratings to provide economical and dependable electrical system distribution and protection. A wide range of metering options for power measurement and power quality is available. Electronic trip units can provide enhanced accuracy and reliability for protection and optimum system coordination.

Commercial Metering


Commercial Metering Switchboards (Pow-R-Line C) use space-saving design with modular construction, incorporating metering sections with tenant feeder circuits using meter sockets to meet local utility or customer requirements. Ideal for shopping centers, office buildings, and other commercial multi-metering applications. All meter sockets and associated feeder devices are completely factory pre-wired and shipped ready for the installation of the meters.


Features

•Select WWCMS for self-contained meter sockets that include a test bypass/disconnect block per EUSERC requirements, and are arranged, typically, for hot sequence metering.
•Select WCMS for self-contained meter sockets provided with manual lever bypass; these can be arranged for either hot or cold sequence metering.
•Tenant main disconnects and meter sockets (200A maximum self-contained metered circuits) - Sections for metered circuits larger than 200A available with 400A continuous rated self-contained sockets or with CT compartment and transformer rated socket in combination with disconnect.

Pow-R-Line i Switchboards have individual compartments for branch devices—glass polyester for circuit breakers and steel for fusible switches—which help eliminate possible contact with the main bus and reduce fault propagation, greatly increasing safety. Main devices available from 400A to 4000A. Configure in a wide variety of ways, including utility metering, customer metering, main devices, branch devices, accessories, and enclosures.


Features

•Each device is mounted in its own compartment and each section is barriered from the other for increased safety.
•Bus bar section contains both horizontal and vertical buses for installation flexibility.
•Rear cable compartment is completely isolated from the bus bars for increased safety.
•Insulated copper runback design virtually eliminates the possibility of accidental contact with the main buses during installation or maintenance.

Integrated Facility System (IFS) switchboards utilize the modular Pow-R-Line C group-mounted switchboard design to integrate traditionally separate electrical distribution and control equipment into a single, space-saving, factory-assembled and connected package. The results maximize application flexibility, simplify construction, minimize footprint and reduce costs.

Pow-R-Line 3a


Pow-R-Line 3a (PRL3a) panelboard can serve as a lighting and appliance branch panelboard or as a small power distribution panelboard. It saves space due to its ability to house more breakers in less space and features the EZ box and EZ trim system for faster, more secure, and safer installations. Up to 600A, the enclosures are just 20” wide and 5-3/4” deep.


Features

•Sturdy, rigid chassis assembly assures accurate alignment of interior with panelboard front, prevents flexing, and minimizes possibility of loosening or damage to current carrying parts during and after installation.
•Receive lighting panelboards in two weeks, with no quantity limits, to help reduce your project cycle time.
•Panelboards are seismically tested, qualified, and exceed requirements of the UBC.
•Four point in-and-out adjustment of panel interior is provided to meet critical depth dimensions on flush installations, which compensates for possible misalignment of box at installation.
•Create a Pow-R-Command network by connecting multiple panelboards, which can allow programming from other panelboards in the system, remote access, data logging, daylight optimization, and more.

Pow-R-Line 4 panelboards accommodate both circuit breakers and fusible switches on a single, bolt-on chassis design. PRL4B utilizes circuit breakers while PRL4F utilizes fusible switches. A single chassis can accommodate both circuit breakers and fusible switches. They offer broad system application capability for service entrance requirements or general power circuit distribution.

•Main and neutral are located at the same ends to provide additional space for branch devices.
•Three-piece trim facilitates installation.

Integrated architecture simplifies electrical distribution and control systems design. Pow-R-Command systems are designed to meet or exceed ASHRAE, IECC, California Title 24 and LEED® requirements. Pow-R-Command systems use Eaton Pow-R-Line 1a and 2a lighting panelboard interiors for mounting system electronics and solenoid-operated controllable circuit breakers. Available in standard, column-width and Integrated Facility Systems (IFS) construction.


Features
